Update 1.7 - Speedrunning update

New features:
An ingame stopwatch has been added to make speedrunning more accessible
The Fishmarket value chart is now a part of the pause menu, instead of the itch.io page
A brand new fish called "Scampi" has been added, it is worth 12 gold

Changed stuff:
UI fonts have been changed to look more appealing
Eels movement has been adjusted
Knockback on most fish has been adjusted
4 Bitterling fish have been removed to make room for the Scampi
Scorecount is no longer checked every frame

Bugfixes:
Eel will no longer yeet offscreen when spamming the eel on/ eel off button during respawn
Scorecounter no longer counts backwards
